TiVo steps up for us all the time.

They give us a LOT of support, and because of that we can support our dealers in ways that exceed many of our other vendors.

I was recently able to swap a bad unit for a dealer, and it wasn't even purchased from us! In fact, they got an ADVANCED REPLACEMENT on that unit.

Just about any other vendor would not have even called back, and probably just replied with an email to send along on where the dealer could send the thing in for service.
