Hi,

I'm trying to get RS232 enabled on a Sharp PNV601A display but have been having no luck when testing out the commands.

Commands I'm trying to get working are the power on and off commands. Ive tried out the following commands on docklight but get no results.

Power on: POWR 1 / 50 4F 57 52 20 20 31 0D
Power off: POWR 0/ 50 4F 57 52 20 20 30 0D

Commands were tried out with a cross over and straight through cable.

Also just to add i find it strange that i don't get any replies back from docklight.
Ive checked and confirmed onscreen settings on enable RS232, do sharp screens give replies back when commands are sent ?
