I have a small job for clients that are the nices people in the world. It's right Near me.
They bought there own TV and tivo in the family rm. I set it up.
They asked to hang a TV and set up a mini in there Mbr. The Tivo would fail in bridge mode. So I called tech support and got an oversees guy that knew nothing. Call back the same thing he told me to connect the coax cable after 30 mins.
Called my rep. Tivo higher up called me and swapped out the broken TiVo in a 5 min call. I was really mad but for a higher up to make it right shows they will do the right thing
