Sometimes Apple really irritates me. All I want to do is plug in Airport express into my already configured Wired network and use this POS as an Airplay device.
Is it possible to shut all of the Airports Wireless crap off and simply have the 3.5mm Headphone jack output into my Audio distribution system?
I would assume I can have my iPhone on my WiFi and my Airport on my hardwired lan then airplay from my iPhone to this POS.
Dont even get me started on the 2 icons for the 2 different Ethernet ports that make no sense outside of Cupertino.
If you want to use it for Airplay, it needs to be on the same network as the handheld or computer.
