I am trying to change the resolution but it's greyed out.
I am reaching out to Denon to find out how to change the resolution unless you have any ideas.
Under Video>Output Settings>HDMI setup you need to set Video Mode to Auto and i/p scaler to 'HDMI' and then your resolutions will be available.
Are you using both HDMI monitor outputs?
