We finally just gave up on everything onkyo and integra.
We gave up trying to get anything fixed, while it was obvious that most of the breakdowns were related to the hdmi board issue, only a handful were actually in the program. Of the few that were, the repaired units broke again. The process of pulling a bad unit/replacing with a loaner and subsequent return to onkyo, then reinstallation was just too time consuming. It was cheaper for us to eat the cost of replacement and get it done in one shot.
We no longer sell onkyo or integra.
