I love how they wipe down the surfaces in restaurants.
One nasty rag gets used to wipe down the seats, and then the tables, for several hours.
Me, I don't even want my silverware touching that surface. Hell, if it weren't for the cute waitress in the short skirt, I wouldn't even be there.... ;-)
Last month I went to a chicken place and saw what looked like blood on the floor. Informed the manager and she came out to clean it. As she was cleaning it up, she did say that she'll toss the rag she used. Which was comforting hearing...
Then the gross part comes. After wiping the floor she had this "brilliant idea" to wipe the hand rails and counter for the just in case missed spots... yup, she used that same rag from the blood on the floor on the hand rails.
But that isn't the grossest story I have. At a casino I worked at, I saw the bathroom attendant use the floor mop to wipe down the toilet seats. Yup, the mop that is used to clean up the piss that splatters everywhere. Or even the period blood from the women's, cus you know that mop is used in both bathrooms.
Damn it, it's lunch time and I don't feel like eating.
