I spec'd out a job using another pull down bracket to mount a client's TV above his fireplace. He didn't like my bracket price and found another brand that was cheaper (of course).
I'm willing to increase my labor price to cover the time and learning curve to install it because the labor on this job is pretty high but I'm going to walk away if someone tells me this bracket is poor quality.
