Hi all
I purchased a demo system a few years ago and I had support from the nice fellow that sold it to me. Unfortunately I can't get ahold of him anymore and emails bounce back, so I'm on my own. The system came with 2 Android licenses and 2 Ipad licenses which i have yet to use. The guy i bought the system from did provide me the software and did help with initial programming, so i got some experience with that. I've been able to manage on my own, but I really don't want to. Every time i try to choose my system in the RTIPanel on any android drive it just comes up with;

Configuration Error
The configuration process has terminated prematurely.

That's it.
I've re-generated the system encryption keys... Didn't do anything. Through searching i see a firmware update may help, but since i have no contact anymore I'm kind of hosed. Anyone have any ideas? I'd be happy to hire someone in the San Antonio area to help. I also need my Elk M1 controlled by this thing.
