I can't speak for Mikrotik, but on the Ubnt routers when you bridge (br0) the lan ports, your performance falls to ~100 mbit. From Ubnt themselves: "Generally, we do not recommend bridging ports on routers, as it will reduce the overall throughput compared to non-bridged configuration"
