Just looked, the software is about 54MB in size. Probably to big for URC to email you. They would have to give you a link to a dropbox account or something.
Give them a call on Monday. I can't think of any reason why they wouldn't give you the stand alone software for a discontinued product. I know they have done it for others in the past.
Have your product serial number ready when you call.
