I'm afraid it is impossible to represent all of those in the posted format (only works for NEC, i.e., LG TV). Will pronto hex work for you?

What software are you using that requires the posted format?

For other interested readers, the "NEC(uPD6121G)" bit is a remote control transmitter chip part number. The other numbers are the OBC, device and subdevice for an NEC1 (presumably) signal. There is simply not enough data in this structure to represent Apple TV or DirecTV signals in sufficient detail to be usable by any device or software. "DRE" remote uses the same codes as all other DirecTV remotes.

I can't quite work out what device the posted example is for. There are virtually no devices that use such a device number (136.253). Where did those come from?
