I'm looking for IR commands from an LG TV Remote, Apple TV Remote, and Direct TV DRE remote.

I'm looking for some further assistance as the formatting of codes I received in this reply ([Link: remotecentral.com]) looks different than what we need, maybe someone could help me get this right?

We have 15 keys to obtain IR codes for-

1) Switch to HDMI 2 / LG TV Code
2) Up button on the directional pad = Up directional
3) Left Button = Left directional
4) Down Button = Down directional
5) Right Button = Right directional
6) Ok button = Enter / select
7) Switch HDMI 1 / LG TV Code
8, 9) Volume = Volume Up, Volume Down
10, 11) Page = Channel / Page up and down on
12) Open guide - Direct TV
13) Mute
14) Arrow Back
15) Power on / Power Off

Is anyone that could provide some assistance with this?
