VZW only allows blocking of 5 numbers on a temp basis, and that is useless.

All I do now is not answer if the caller isn't identified, or I don't know the number. I figure if it's someone that really wants to talk to me, they will leave a message.

Think I'll change my message to:

I am not answering calls due to spam calls. If you want to talk to me, leave a message.


Do that along with a specific ring tone for everyone you know, and a silly ring tone for everything else.

Won't stop the calls, since there doesn't seem to be any way to stop them, but it can lessen the PIA factor.
