I'm sorry to hear so many people complain about RTI, that gives me pause. We've had relatively good luck with it, and the support has been above average (knock on wood). I've had one T2x go bad in the field (bad battery and/or charging), relatively easy to work with them for a replacement.

I will say I'm not a fan of the T2x's design, a sold rectangular block doesn't sit well in the hand; but the programming/integration are quite well done, superior to URC imho.

That said, we still use URC for smaller jobs, RTI tends to go into larger, more complicated projects.

I'd like to see URC's industrial design mated with RTI integration :) #pipedream

edit: I will state that imo the T2i is blech ... cheaper than the T2x, but far too many limitations (not least of which is no support for over the network programming)
