No charger, but what I did when my remote stopped charing was get another battery (think it is a Fuji NP-60) and charger. It is a camera battery so wall chargers are easy to get. Then I would keep one battery on the charger and swap when the one in the remote ran down.
Never had to wait for it to charge that way.
