How do you cancel? What is listed in the ToS/contract for you to cancel? Do they have an actual business address? If you're on some type of recurring payment plan or soon to be up for renewal that will auto-bill I suggest you send a certified letter with return signature required stating your intention to cancel and to cease all future billing on your account.
