I have a Philips micro sound system with a (broke) remote control:

I am struggling to get into the topic with RC5, RC6, Pronto, Hex, Binary, Android remote control apps and discrete codes.

I installed irplus and i am able to control some functions like the power button, volume, dimmer, skip and many more. Editing the power button in irplus it says that it is (WINLIRC_RC5) 0x1D4C.

Is there any way to find more codes in this format or how to i convert them?

I found a list with codes in the Philips forum but they have a different kind of notation. For USB (source, i hope / guess): 3.19 or for Power on RC5/RC6: 0.012

What would be 3.19 in Hex format?
