I've installed a Toshiba for a client, but that was two years ago. It had component, composite, and HDMI outputs, but I think the HDMI only worked with the DVD part of it.
There's something about the device choice versus output choice that drove me crazy when I tried to program an integrated remote to work the machine. It was easier to work with the factory remote.
