This is something I've never seen before. Customer has a Sony BluRay which is about 5 or 6 years old. When you load a BluRay disc a horizontal gauge looking thing pops up and a red line moves across this gauge as if it is loading something.
Once the red line completes, the screen just goes black and the movie doesn't play.
Has anyone seen something like this before?
