We pretty much always use the electricians now. We have to work with them anyway. We have to closely coordinate with them for lighting & power at TV's and AV cabinets & the control room.

Provide them with a very detailed complete plan. Meet with them and go over what you want done. Visit the site several times during the first week to make sure they are on the same page and then stop by periodically to check status.

You sell the wire so you make money on it and you make sure the right wire is being used. They get to pad their labor bill with all these extra hours. Win Win.
