Why can't a temp cable be run above ground?
Comcast did it for a neighbor couple months ago, ran down the street across my driveway for a couple weeks, until it was buried.
I was thinking the same thing. Even thought I didn't mention it in my first post. It kind of make sense in his reponce. As there is a conduit there already, they just have to pull a cable. I guess their thinking is why run a temp above to have an underground installed in a week or two.
How long was that temp installed for your neighbor?
