We ONLY do Crestron.... But, when in a extremely low budget job, where an RF remote is needed, or something like that, we use harmony remotes indeed. Call me whatever you want, but THEY WORK. They are easy to program, the IR codes work, the macros work, in 10minutes we are done. I HATE URC, would do 1000 harmonys to avoid one URC.
You just don't know how to set them up and make them work. Likewise for the comments on URC's RF control kits. They always work when you set them up right.
