We had a client who couldn't stop talking about how much they hated meeting with ISR. Whoever was handling the sales walk through kept saying things like "we normally don't work on houses this small" and "we might be able to squeeze a decent theater into the basement". The house was a 12k sqft 10 million dollar lake front mansion in Wilmette, IL. This was pre 9/11 and it turned out to be our first 7 figure project.
That was most likely our illustrious head of sales. IMO, he was instrumental in the demise of the company. Not going to say much here on RC due to the public visibility. Hit me up on IP or at the next IP party for stories...
The reality is that would have been a smaller house for us, but no reason to make any mention of it!
