So far it's between Elan and URC. I need numerical on the remote; this rules out Control 4 and Savant. How is reliability on Elan compared to RTI? I think URC is more or less the same from a research few years back. How is their IP drivers library?
Control4's handheld does have a numbers keypad. I think this is a glaring omission on Savant's part, but at least they have a handheld finally. We have installed a few of Crestron's TSR 302's with success. I just wrapped up a project with 9 of these in the system.
