My remote master program stopped working.The problem is this. When I open the Remote Master program and I select the remote I am using I get a message that says there my be a problem with the remote master software and I need to do a Raw Download and save the file and send it to you. I did that and I saved the file. I do not know how to attach that file to this posting.I believe the answer to this problem is in that file Also, why does it still say I have a software problem if I did a whole new complete download of the program several time, and how can I get the program working again? I really, really want to use this program again. It worked fine for a long time. Does anyone know what I can do to make it work again? Thank you very much for any help you can give me. I can not open the raw download file on my computer. How do I post that file in this or any posting?
