Well I should've done more research. Apparently the USB network adaptor that I have from the previous Hopper 2/Joey set up. Works just as good as a wireless Joey from Dish.
Just plug the adaptor in, connect to the WAP and wait. After a few minutes, the regular Joey becomes a wireless Joey. It even works on the 2.4GHz band. As the Hopper 3 is attached to the 2.4GHz band. As well as the Joey.
I bet that if I plugged a CAT5 into either the Hopper 3 and/or Joey that it would work then too.
This configuration may open more possibilities for yall.
