Dish had said that a tech needs to come out to install it. As they will need to install their own WAP. However, there is a chance that they could use my person WAP. I am guessing only the A/C type can only be used, as that is what this wireless Joey works off of.

Have any of you worked with a wireless Joey? Was it attached to Dish's WAP, or the one that you installed? Does their WAP only talk between the Hopper 3 and the Joeys? Or is connected to the internet as well?
