I realize the pics below are for a TSU7000 but you should be able to figure out what you need to do from these pics. The RC9500 case is much like the RC9200 if I recall correctly. That being the case, search the classic Pronto Forum for Replace 9200 Screen and you will also likely find pictures there that outline how to open up the RC9200/9500.


The piece you will be looking for is I think the shiny metal square on the board just under the antenna and will likely have 418MHz stamped on it.

Greg was nice enough to post pictures for 7000 screen replacement and these should help you along.

If your RU unit only has a dead screen, might consider just swapping the boards. ;-)
