We have a customer that has a prodigy system (4 audio zones and a PTX-3 for control of a theatre).
I know there is a firmware for the prodigy processor to allow the Crestron devices to communicate to it, but is there a firmware for the P-AMP and hardwired keypads (don't remember the model numbers) that will allow them to communicate to a Crestron processor.
The reason for the inquiry is their PTX-3 remote has died and they want a new one. the PTX3 (obviously discontinued) along with the MTX-3 so I want to suggest replacing the processor with an MC3 and get a new remote but want to ensure that the existing Prodigy equipment will communicate with the MC3 before I suggest this.
