I am upgrading a 12 yr old theater to 4k.I am having problems with 4K HDMI extenders through a single cat5 to the projector.
Equipment:
Denon AVR-X3300w
Key Digital Extenders KD-X200ProK
JVC 4K Projector: DLA-RS500U
Comcast X1 cablebox
I tried another pair of extenders. Signal was fine until hallway lights were turned on from lighting scene keypad . Ultimately the signal stopped entirely again.
Note: I haven't done an update on the AVR yet. If the update doesn't solve it, what is this potential issue with the electrical?
