This is a setting on the Anthem and not on the 9200. And no, you cannot use TCP/IP with the TSU9200 or the TSU9300 because they don't support JavaScript (AKA ProntoScript) out of the box. With the 9200, you are limited to IR only.

I would turn on the setting in the Anthem to see if it improves your startup time, but what you may end up having to do is to build some 'Delay' or 'Please Wait' pages into your configuration. You will also want to reorder the actions you send such as to setup for Blu Ray (note that timing here is 100% dependent on your system and you have to work out the Delay times)

You would put these actions into an Action List on your Watch Blu-Ray page on home or wherever you wish to initiate this activity.

Jump Please Wait Page Anthem Power On
Anthem Power on,
Delay 300
Jump Please Wait Page Display Setup
Not an Action - Calculate the amount of time START(for these next 4 items to work reliably)
Blu Ray Power On
Delay 100ms
Display Power On
Delay 2000ms
Display Input HDM1 1
Delay 500ms
Display Mute
Delay 100ms
Not an Action - Calculate the amount of time END(If these actions take 3.5 seconds and anthem needs 7 seconds)
Jump Please Wait page Anthem Setup
Delay 3500ms NOTE: (7000ms - 3500ms you have already waited)
Anthem Input Blu Ray
Delay 500ms
Anthem Input Mode Auto
Delay 100ms
Antime Surround Mode DTS
Delay 300ms
Jump Blu Ray Transport Page
