Then it may be something you cannot overcome.
In that case, what I would do is to turn on anthem via IR (if possible), then send all the other setups (Blu Ray, etc) to minimize any delays, then switch inputs on the anthem.
Earlier Denon units had similar issues where they had anywhere from a 3-7 second delay after power on before they would be initialized and ready to go.
