I haven't sold Onkyo, ever and I haven't had many problems with Denon- in fact, I had three problems, all with the AVR-990 that was on the front end of the HDMI board rash and Electronic Express had them back to me in a week every time. If I had one that was in a shop for 3 weeks before anything was done, I'd be all over them and Denon (or any manufacturer) to get the lead out. If parts are unavailable, that's one thing but to not touch it for three weeks- that's unacceptable and that's a failure by the company doing the service for Denon. Jeff Cowan gives his number during Denon/Marantz training sessions, but I have yet to receive a callback from him, so.....
