These are all RC5, with all but three being written in Pronto short format. The other are in raw format.
Display Bright is probably device 25, function 18. It isn't written correctly.
Display Dimm is Dev 25, function 19
Display Off is Dev 25, function 71.
The short form ones are either device 24 or 25. For example ,
Home (Menu)
5000 0000 0000 0001 0018 000C
0018 is the device number, and converting from hexadecimal to decimal gives device 24. 000C means function 12.
