In our world, your request is not unusual.
You can set any of our inputs or outputs to mono, in any combination. So 10 stereo inputs, 3 mono inputs, 2 stereo outputs, an 21 mono outputs is no problem. It would use 13 inputs and 23 outputs, with I/O to spare on our 16x32 switch.
This is already supported by our Control4 driver. Just a few clicks on the Properties page and your ready to go. This is also available in our Crestron and RTI driver.
We are certainly at a different level than BSS, but the example given falls easily within our capabilities which is why we are widely used in commercial and residential projects.
