Hi,

I've been using a 9600 as my primary remote for almost 9 years now, but it recently died. I would consider buying another one, but I think with the devices age, most that are out there are probably not in good shape.

About two years ago I bought a Harmony Ultimate One, and have been using it with good results, but the old Pronto just felt comfortable in my hands, the Harmony not so much.

Many of you have been on remotecentral for years, and I'm sure have a far better understanding of the current market for home automation than I. I'm wondering what recommendations you all may have on a worthy replacement for the Pronto? Like the Pronto, I'm looking for flexibility and the ability to work with a wide range of smart devices, in an easy and intuitive user interface that an idiot old man and lady could easily adapt to.

Thanks
