I have been trying off and on for a month to get my personal MX-880 to connect to Windows 10 without success. I appreciate jimbob_sf's original post and used it as my guide. I kept having issues that I was attributing to the lack of a digitally signed driver. I went so far as using the method on this page to permanently disable driver signature enforcement: [Link: windowsreport.com]
(Note that there is also the command to enable driver signature enforcement.)

I was FINALLY able to solve the issue by installing the latest chipset drivers for my mobo from AMD. I just wanted to pass this along and reiterate that the how-to guide at the top of this thread does work.
