All my UfiFi installs get CloudKey - done and done.
As for Araknis APs, I find them limited. Great for basic install, but not much data mining if you want to see user stats, no unified GUI across APs. No schedules, bandwidth limits, guest portals, etc.
I use Araknis in residential all the time because setup is easy, warranty / replacement is dead easy and I make few bucks. If we're talking about several APs, multiple SSIDs, schedules, throttling, portals, etc. you'd be better off sticking with UfiFi APs.
Araknis backbone (switches) more than capable of running the network with super easy remote access and control (think port reboot, etc.)
