Get a hub based (RF) Harmony (Elite, Companion).

In the mean time, rework the delays and possibly the commands in your activity macros. Depending on your receiver, you may be able to get the inter-device delays down to zero, hence no more misses. On my Denon, the discrete input commands also act as discrete on. So all I have to do is send TV power and the Denon discrete input command, and the macro is finished. I realize this can be tricky to do on Harmony, but it's worth the effort.
