My new remote was downloading fine until after a CCP update. My other remotes MX 3000, MX 780, MX 890 and MX 980 are fine. I get a message "Download Error" Can't Connect" only on the MX 990. I tried using a different USB cable with no success.

I am running Windows 7 on a Macbook Air with absolutely no connection problems until today.

Any suggestions?
