Yes, the OARUSB04G does have a rather complete library of built in codes.  Additional codes are downloadable from using the the USB cable.  Finally, if a custom set of codes is required, we can generate those with the RMIR software and upload those to the remote.  Of course, it can learn from a OEM remote.

I saw that you  listed the remote model number.  But IR signals are characteristic of the unit being controlled and not necessarily the controller.  That's why I wanted to know the model number.
