I think that the term"reasonable" in your title is scaring people from responding to your post. You already have the remotes so anyone who responds is only going to do a small amount of programming. And the word "reasonable" makes it seem like you don't want to pay much for the programming.
Try changing the word to "competent" and see if you have better luck.
