I thought at some point I would write a book that contained peoples amusing comments, after spending 30 years in the repair industry. That kind of humor really goes along way to keeping things light.

One of my favorites was when someone would bring something in for repair, set it on the counter, and say, "I know what's wrong with this." Well, if you know what's wrong with it, why did you bring it to me?
