The 85 MHz plan begins on page 60 [you can skip pages 36-59 as the 114 MHz has been replaced with the 84 MHz plan]

The first Canadian station to be transitioned occurs in phase 3 / week 108 and it is located in London, Ontario.  (page 76)

It looks like CHEX 12 in Peterborough and CKWS-1  30  in Brighton, and some/all 3 stations in the Windsor-Sarnia area will transition in phase 4  / week 129.  (page 77)

Phase 5 has Chatham's CICO-59  33, Oshawa's CHEX-2  22, and some Toronto stations transitioning in week 133.

Phase 6 has Kingston, Hamilton, Kitchener, London transitioning at week 137.

No Canadian transitions during phases 7 & 8.

Western stations in Vancouver, Victoria and Winnipeg join Kingston's CKWS 11 in transitioning in phase 9 during week 156.

The remaining Canadian stations, including Barrie's CKVR 10 transition during week 160 in the final phase 10.
Note: The item does not address broadcasters' request that the repack be coordinated with a regional rollout of ATSC 3.0.
