The first Canadian station to be transitioned occurs in phase 3 / week 108 and it is located in London, Ontario. (page 76)
It looks like CHEX 12 in Peterborough and CKWS-1 30 in Brighton, and some/all 3 stations in the Windsor-Sarnia area will transition in phase 4 / week 129. (page 77)
Phase 5 has Chatham's CICO-59 33, Oshawa's CHEX-2 22, and some Toronto stations transitioning in week 133.
Phase 6 has Kingston, Hamilton, Kitchener, London transitioning at week 137.
No Canadian transitions during phases 7 & 8.
Western stations in Vancouver, Victoria and Winnipeg join Kingston's CKWS 11 in transitioning in phase 9 during week 156.
The remaining Canadian stations, including Barrie's CKVR 10 transition during week 160 in the final phase 10.Note: The item does not address broadcasters' request that the repack be coordinated with a regional rollout of ATSC 3.0.
