You don't need wifi to copy a few files. A USB stick will work fine.

In any case, I downloaded one of the ccf flies I linked earlier, downloaded and installed ProntoEdit and imported the file via File - Import CCF. Appeared to work fine. But I have no Pronto remote to test.

I understand that you would prefer someone with exactly your configuration to post their files, already mapped to the proper buttons, etc. But I think the chances of that are slim. Try using built in codes or my posted codes and IRScrutinizer to make CCF files for import. That's going to be your best bet.
