A client of ours with a 4 year old system has recently started complaining of a blue screen upon startup only when using DTV. It happens every 2nd and 3rd time. When he cycles the power on the DVR the picture returns and all is well. No issue on the BD & ATV sources.
We replaced the DVR and updated the firmware on the Integra but the issue returns. We assumed it was the DVR but apparently not.
Our next step is to replace the Integra receiver but we were hoping somebody had a similar issue that they solved so we could avoid this step. I know we can't be the only ones that had this issue.
