I've posted about UR. I've warned folks, now you are experiencing what i did. They did not even fix the issue and have after a frw months of bs, Yamaha replaced the receiver with a brand new one. Ur is a worthless pile of horse shit of a company. That's a FACT.

They are one of the worst I ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Same as mentioned, the AVR I sent them came back not repaired. Claim was "problem not found.".
This company should be put out of business.
