There are very few alarm companies that do Alarm and Audio Video at a high level. I know of about 3 in our entire state, One of them is us. Do your research. Set up a meeting with a solid local alarm company that stays in their lane. Most of them will run a HDMI and some speaker wire but they hate doing it. They are looking for someone to handle that. Meet with the manager and get an agreement on paper.
