This is a great Help! I experienced: NO FILE FOUND. Samsung Support was not helpful so the final response I found was that you have to swap out the USB port or the card it feeds- UGGH. IF it is under warranty then that can work if you have 2-4 business days for a Samsung Rep to get to you. If out of warranty the repair charge is $5-+ so might as well purchase another unit.
Otherwise, as gross as it is you have to make another MAster TV then clone that back onto the the TV.
